1. General information only, not advice

1.1 All content on this website, including descriptions of our services, approach, deliverables and capabilities, is general information only. It is not professional, financial, legal, accounting, tax, investment, engineering or policy advice, and it does not take into account your objectives, circumstances or needs.

2. Statements made on this website

2.1 Statements on this website describing our services, methods, independence, experience, expertise, quality, evidence standards, outcomes, deliverables or the benefits of engaging us are general descriptions of how we aim to work. They are not warranties, guarantees, representations or promises that any particular service, result, outcome or standard will be achieved in any particular engagement.

2.2 The services described on this website are indicative only. Whether we offer a service, and its scope, method, timing and deliverables, depends on each engagement and is set out only in a written engagement letter or contract signed by us ("Engagement Agreement").

3.2 We do not accept any duty of care or responsibility to anyone who is not our client under an Engagement Agreement, including anyone who obtains or relies on our reports or other work without our written agreement.

3.3 Please do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information through this website before an engagement has been agreed. We are not obliged to act on, or keep confidential, information received before that point, other than as required by our privacy policy and the law.

6.2 Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a breach of a Non-Excludable Right, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

7. Indemnity

7.1 You indemnify Stratos and its principals, employees, contractors and agents against any loss, liability, claim, cost or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website.
